Hi friends!
I’m very enthusiast for the news recently received from GarageBand.com

My 1998 demo track “Starlight 2001” by Onyrix y el Capitan J.Robles, will be TRACK OF THE DAY on February 10th, 2007.
I’m very proud of it, because i like very very much that old song of mine…
So, my friends, follow the link and go to listen and vote it:

Another important thing if you are a short-arm-kind (braccino corto): the TRACK is free to download and share, so you can download it in a good resolution (128kBit stereo 44.1 KHz) from the following link:

  • profiling easy

Mission and positives:

  • You can CREATE your own RADIO with your preferred MUSIC

  • Groups can grow in a self-aggregating way on similar music tastes
  • Audio kBits HQ – high quality!

Negatives:

  • you have to download a client to refine your tastes and your playlist
  • the website is not so fast in response
  • not open to emergent or independent artists
  • NO EMBED for a player and playlists in your website

Similar and concurrent:

Final sentence:

A good idea with a great unexpressed potential because too closed, too industrial to be really a “revolution”.
We need really something about “music for the web 2.0”, but anyway, last.fm is not for us.
